Happy Retirement!

Well, seems like this past week has been all about my DH! Between Father's Day last Sunday to his retirement party yesterday, I have been busy planning and running errands.
He had a great Father's Day with breakfast and gifts with our son and daughter in law. Yummy Bob Evans! I just have to share the card DDIL made for him, it turned out so cute! She is such a great stamper!

I had my last stamp club meeting of the SU! year today (it ends on June 30th), and am pleased to report that thanks for all the support I receive in my SU! business, I will be walking stage again this year for $20k in sales! How awesome is that? I beat last year by more than $2k!

Tomorrow, I will post this month's club projects. We all had a great time with them this month. Next month will be busy with the new Idea Book and Catalog going live at noon on July 1st, my 3rd Annual Summer Stampede, and Convention on the 21st.

As I mentioned, yesterday was DH's retirement party. It was a great day, although it was super hot, but at least it wasn't rainy so we could be outside some on the deck.

We had a great turnout...with friends from our old work place, some of his hockey buddies and, of course, lots of family! I think he was secretly pleased that I threw the party since he had a chance to catch up with many of his friends. As I told him, retirement is a big deal and one that should be celebrated!

He did mention something about pricing yard signs for when *I* retire....
